When a LCD goes bad, there is not anything that the camera owner can do.
You can contact Toshiba and see what they say about repairs.
If the repair cost is too much, consider buying a new camera.

I have had this camera for 3 years, and it has worked well. However, recently the LCD display has been somehow damaged, so that it only shows a constant black and white pattern. This makes it impossible to use the menu, although I can still do point and shoot functions, data transfer, etc. Anyone else experience this LCD problem? What should I do about it?
