Clarification Request
Check into...

You offered no details on the OS installed. If this is win7, then goto the add/remove pgms. locate the updates button on left side and click on it. If you know the update for that recent driver, un-install it. However, I suggest you try to locate that same driver and re-install it just to see if that corrects it. Otherwise, you may want to try the "restore point" feature and pick a date before the update(s). That will however take some time and when done, will require the system to re-update yet again, but you should then decline the problem driver update.
