toshiba lap top advice

does any one know anything about a toshiba lap top a50-083009.i'm probably going to purchase soon.it comes with 768mg ram,60 gig hard drive,dvd super multi drive64mb vram,wifi capable with windows xp home.i'm going to see about getting the 64 vram upgraded to 128 vram and windows xp proffessional.what do you guys think?the cost will be about $1900.00 aud..thanks

The design gaffe with static discharges causing machine lockup is still being worked out and too many machines exhibit this issue. No need to risk your loss of time.

Check IBM laptops

Robert, left out IBMs. They are robust and you rarely hear of too many problems with IBM laptops. They do have problems mind you but IBM tends to care for them tenderly. The cost is par with anything Dell, HP, etc can offer so consider them as well.
