Toshiba HPX95 or Pioneer Elite Pro-1130HD

I plan to buy a 50" plasma and I am looking for the best PQ I can find without paying over $6500.00. That said I've read a lot of good info about the Toshiba HPX95 and Pioneer Elite Plasmas from this site.

My questions is, can anyone tell me which they would buy if money was not a consideration and you were looking for best picture quality?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best Regards,
Bill

Thank you for your input. I've read a lot of these forums lately and everyone is highly recommending the Hitachi and the Pioneer.

Happy Holidays.

$6500?

For a 50"? Id buy a Panasonic TH-50PHD8UK for around $3200 or so. then take the $3300 and buy the HDMI slot, pedistal, or wall mount, a surround sound system and maybe even a couch (haha).

That or buy 2 of them. check them out, they're just screens though. IE no TV tuners and crappy standard speakers.

Thats just me though.
