my current laptop has run its course and i am looking at upgrading to a new one. i want to get the best gaming/media PC i can for my money. my budget it about $2,000. i am looking at getting either a Toshiba, hp, or a Dell. im not sure which one to get, the Toshiba Satellite looked good but i heard the customer service was horrible. which one would make the best gaming/media rig. any ideas would be appreciated.

dell all the way!

customer service is good and build quality is excellent

dont waste your time with a toshiba they break and customer service is terrible, toshiba refuse to accept build quality faults even tho most of there laptops suffer with the same problems, stay away from them!

Dad has the tosh, at work surrounded by Dells, home has some HPs and Acers.

None really give us any grief. Can't say I'd pick one over the other.

-> Can you supply a list of which models you are considering and tell if GAMING is an issue.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
