I'd return for that as well as the real reason I don't implement wireless storage. The real reason I skip wireless storage like this model is the speed is very slow. Let's say your WiFi speed is 150Mbps. Since the traffic is through the router your packet goes to the router (half duplex all the way!) then the router sends it to the wireless storage. That's at minimum half speed or 75Mbps. Most of the time the overhead and the reduction in speed sends the person who bought this to the support lines thinking something is wrong. It's not.

The only wireless storage I setup for folk is where we connect the drive to the router. And second best is to an Ethernet port on the router.

Even if it worked, most are less than happy with this.
