Toshiba C655 won't boot at all.

Husband accidentally spilled some coffee on the keyboard. He decided to take it apart to make sure it was clean. After taking it apart, it would not boot at all. When pressing the power button, the Caps Lock and Num Lock lights would come on and the DVD Rom would open but not spin.

He took it apart again and put everything back together and it booted up fine but this time, the keyboard wouldn't work. The screen also went crazy for a minute.

So in an effort to get the keyboard working, we took it apart again. Once back together, same as the first time. Caps Lock and Num Lock.

One more time apart and one more time back together and same result.

Any advice?
