I've yet to find TV repair techs to visit here. I'm just an electronics designer and software author.

http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=3606746 has a troubleshooting link but for most of us, unplug and wait then test is all the TVs today offer.

Try the on/off button on the set and fresh batteries in the remote then check warranty and get estimates.

Support should have pretty much asked you to try

What I noted and then offered to arrange for repair. Sometimes they forget to ask to arrange for repair but when they do we have to ask how to get it fixed.
