tosheba satellite M40X

hello all.

i would like to upgrade my tosheba satellite M40X cd drive to a combo drive.
i have spoken to tosheba about this and they have said the only drive that will work is there one, at a cost of $349 im looking for a cheaper option.
does anyone know of a 3 party combo drive that will fit and work in this machine ?

If you want to do it yourself look at Newegg.

Their prices are real low. But make sure you getting a drive that will work.

Just not your model. The biggest drawback is the bezel doesn't match. But in all cases we don't mind since it was cheap (newegg) and resulted in something better.

However for most of us the external USB 2.0 DVDRW Dual Layer is the real solution.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
