What type of vulnerabilities can I expect when downloading torrents? I have a MAC. I downloaded some torrents with a PC and Norton found a trojan worm immediately. It was called Trojan.Brisv.a virus. It was pretty obvious since it was in a song file that was named oddly and didn't play any music. I've used torrents to replace some physical albums that went missing or were stolen. I'm wondering what else could be in these files. Could the downloaded files themselves be viruses or used for tracking? Just how dirty is it? And can it be used safely? Thanks,
