Question

Tor question

Mar 1, 2015 1:37PM PST

When using Tor and connecting to a website, it did not display the website, but rather something like an error message that included the username (i.e. windows login username) in the message.

It was just a regular website not a .onion address. But found it very odd that any website, tor or not would display the username. Or was this possibly my browser doing this, and nothing related to Tor?

Thanks in advance for any help!

No, not TAILS OS. Was just using the Tor browser bundle.
