Is it now installed? Firefox isn't the Tor Browser.
Just downloaded TOR browser. Keep getting firefox cant connect error. Tells me to try again. Is this normal? Are the sites that busy? Or do I need to change settings on my firewall?

Just looking at the 1st link for TOR browser, offers that is NOT to be configured like other browsers. What all that entails is bound to resolve your issue.
