Toolbars in IE

I have a Lenovo P580 with window 7. I added a Last Pass and McAfee site advisor toolbars. The problem is when I close IE then reopen the toolbars are not there. I have to Rt. click to add them again, I even locked the toolbars to no avail. Kind of a pain to have to keep adding them. Any suggestions?
