I highlighted what gone after restart. I put that again on toolbar but its gone after restart. Why?

It was 2 cases. One was a machine with a banged up W7 and the upgrade to W10 didn't cure all. Had to do the W10 Reset.

The second case it seemed to be a corrupt profile. Worked in the new account.

Here's why. Even in Windows 10 you can encounter the old "corrupt profile" issue. Recovery is easy if you have a spare admin account.

No Windows user today should run their PC without spare accounts.

Why not create a new local login now as the toolbar isn't needed to create a new spare local login account with admin privileges?
