TomTom Vs Garmin Article - Rediculous

Sep 8, 2008 10:32PM PDT

First of all that review is complete Bullcrap. Nowhere did it mention anything about the TomTom Mapshare that constantly updates maps by users and helps keep everything current unlike Garmin where you can only update once a year. Theres no map correction with the Garmins and there is with TomTom. What i also found interesting and stupid on the review is that it never mentioned that the 2 units they compared were so far of price wise. The TomTom is $499 Retail and the Garmin is $899 Retail, What ever small advantages, the 3 non expert reviewers might have reconsidered their views had they been offered that information. Its apparent to me that Cnet is obviously easily bought with that sort of biased review. I use to look to CNET to give me truthful, unbiased reviews and all that proved is that they don't. Im very disappointed.
