Toledo city council apoligizes over Marines vs mayor flap

As an added note, the mayor's spokesperson is being disciplined for comments made on a Detroit radio station. Mr. Schwartz is being suspended for 15 days. IMHO, why does the mayor ever need a spokesperson anyways at $80K yearly salary. -----Willy ex-USMC

Politicians when unscripted are prone to this malady (the truth).

Not good for getting reelected.

The answer....install a buffer/scapegoat/spokesperson/sacrificial lamb.

80K a yr.....cheap ins.

I tend to believe that as well. But, since the city could use those finds elsewhere, belt tightening should be belt whacking in this case. Wink

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
