Remains to be seen, I suppose

I'll guess the affects will be different for each type of user...or, the affects may not even be noticeable to many. Frankly, I'm astounded at how much some folks are willing to pay for premium cable and other such digital services. I'm sure, for many, the cost is far greater than that to heat, cool, and light their homes. Currently, there's a lot of emphasis being placed on gathering advertising dollars as well and I have to wonder just what that ads to the costs and services we pay for whether we pay attention to the ads or not. But...that leads me to another subject I don't even want to get into right now. So, to steal from one of our president's favorite answers, 'We'll see what happens".

I don't expect anything to happen at first.

Too many eyes will be watching.

Give it 2-3 years for the dust to settle then we will see what the isp's do.
