In you case, on the 1st phone (unknown brand but most phones have the capability to forward calls) find the "call forward" option to send calls to 2nd phone.
Having different carriers is not a factor in this procedure

I have two mobile number with different carrier and i want to forward my calls from 1st number to 2nd number, but i am unable to forward my call. Is there any way (by using software or not) to forward my calls to my 2nd number?
