your post has been deleted.

This will be how most will distribute malware by offering it personally or via a little known website. Since drivers have such high privileges the danger increases.

Belkin FD58053 WIRELESS N USB DONGLE ON A MAC POST DELETED.
Mar 11, 2008 4:11PM PDT

Perhaps you could have spoken to me before you accused me of distributing malware. I really don't appreciate being considered as guilty without even so much as a word to me first. I assure you that the drivers are not malware. I would have sent them to you for consideration had you asked. By deleting the post about where to obtain drivers for the dongle you have censored me. You have taken away peoples ability to make their own choices or even there awareness that they have a choice. The dongle is an option for people. I am using it right now to write this. I just wanted to offer this option, my experience with the dongle and any assistance I could give people to get theirs up and running. There is no bad intent. If you wish to talk more about this, I'm here.

Sorry but this is how one can put out a trojan or other.

If you want to put such out, be sure to publish the source code via a site like SOURCEFORGE or others so that the driver can be examined in depth.

Sadly this is how one could exploit this OS and unless you are willing to publish it proper or get the maker to publish your works I'm going to have to weigh against any driver or even a codec that won't offer source.

I'm not and have not written yours has such but if there is a way, drivers would be the way to exploit this OS. I'm sure you've heard this before and if not, welcome.

Also, you could have used a chunk of code that had a defect. For instance the first bluetooth drivers had a surprising defect. Do you recall that?

freedom of choice....
Mar 12, 2008 7:45AM PDT

Imagine if the option to way the pros and cons and make a decision for yourself was taken away from you. It's like you're trying to save people from themselves. They are not capable of making there own decisions.
I have given you my word and offered you the drivers to check them out for yourself and still you are suspicious. I give up.

Where is the source code for me to check?

You didn't offer it so I can't look under the hood. That's not a good sign.
