Hope you arm gets better (try just slathering pure aloe vera cream on it), a new logic board is on your way, and your wounds heal from the loss of you dog.

It's not much of a consolation, but I've kinda had to let go of two really great "gadget friends" of mine - '94 Jeep Cherokee (named Silver Betty) I've had for ~9yrs and a mechanically irreparable Minolta SRT-101 that my Dad gave me ~15yrs ago (possible "franken-camera" project in the works). Both were reliable and great performers and I felt great tending to them - and I miss having fun with them. I can only imagine your loss and wish you well...
