I am a MAc user who has just encountered the recent problem with burning CDs from the current version of iTunes. I have been reading these posts from frustrated and infuriated decent people who are eager to fix this problem themselves. I have limited technological know-how, but it seems clear to me that this problem originated with a flaw in Apple's iTunes software. It is Apple's responsibility to take care of this. The company's unresponsiveness to valid customer grievances is unacceptable. I would like to directly implore Apple executives to attend to the legitimate needs of loyal customers. It seems that recently, at least, Steve Jobs' email address was {email address removed by Moderator}. That is a start and a small amount of research would locate other significant email addresses. I suggest brief, courteous, and assertive messages insisting on accountabliity from Apple. It's absolutely unacceptable for us, Apple customers and users, to go through the ordeal of innovating and testing solutions to a problem that is widespread and a flaw in Apple's own software design. We should not allow the company to pass the responsibility to us.
Sorry but I had to delete your post and re-produce it below this. You included an email address for Steve Jobs. Whether that email address is active or not I can't say, but we do not have authority to post other peoples' email addresses in these forums and doing so without permission might be considered an infringement on their privacy.
In addition, posting any email addresses in public forums like these risks those email addresses being trawled up by bots, (forum robots), for spamming purposes.
Whether or not your post is relevant in these forums will be considered, but in the meantime I have reposted your post, minus the email address, below.
