I'm sorry but I have removed your post.

You gave a link to a word.doc to download so help could be given about a script error. As Word documents can use macros and as some macros can be malicious, I would not risk downloading such a file, and neither would I recommend anyone else do so.

If you need help with script coding, the these forums have a Coding and Scripting forum here where you can ask the experts.

If the problem is with the performance of your XP OS, then please give full details in a new thread in this forum.

Again I am sorry, but we never know what such downloads can hold, and the risk is too great.
