Sorry, we hate the kind of program you so clearly mentioned twice in your post. And it was in the wrong forum, since socalled 'optimizers' aren't related to viruses and malware. So we deleted it (maybe wrongly) as spam.

However, let me answer your question here, just in case you really want that program on your PC. Google DOWNLOAD PROGRAMNAME (fill in the right program name, of course) and you'll be directed to one or more sites where you can download it.
Be aware, however, that many downloads nowadays come with PUP's (potentially unwanted programs). Be careful!
