To connect 2 buildings 13 Km Apart by (Ubiquiti Nanobridge)

I Want to connect 2 buildings 13 Km's Apart to share CCTV Video and ADSL Internet can this device (Ubiquiti Nanobridge NB-5G25 Outdoor MIMO 5GHz 25DBI)
(1 Device in each Building as P2P) alone supports or establishes the Connection, Through POE as mentioned on Datasheet or this is only an Antenna?any other devices needed?
