Vista market penetration restricted to six percent
San Francisco, CA November 29, 2006
Microsoft corporation's new operating system, Windows Vista, will be available in wide release in January of 2007. However, TMV analysts have determined that adoption will be limited to 6% market share in 2007. Analysts have determined that the general Jank factor* (copyright 2006, TMV) will be high. Market pressure from Apple OSX and Linux (various) operating systems are also sited as contributing factors to the limited adoption of Vista.

Universal Inc. potential lawsuit filing against Apple Computer Inc.
San Francisco, CA November 29, 2006
Due to Universal's current request for compensation on all portable music players, following the precedent set by Microsoft's Zune, a lawsuit is predicted against Apple Computer Inc. regarding a lack of compliance. Analyst Molly Wood has stated that this will occur, "very soon." Molly Wood has also been noted as saying that The OG "Mad Dog" Steve Jobs would not be succumbing to market pressures and will welcome the lawsuit. The lawsuit will be triggered by this resistance by Apple CEO, Steve Jobs. At this time, TMV Consulting does not wish to predict the outcome of said lawsuit.
