I bought an unlocked Razr V3 off of ebay and I wasn't able to access the cingular media net for quite some time. After talking to many cingular reps and hearing over and over that it was motorola's problem and not theirs... finally one nice rep was able to help me out.

That was it for me, it worked after that! Sadly I cannot help you with those two password entries because it's all starred (*) out
That should give you a good headstart for getting some help from Cingular customer service reps. Hopefully this way they won't tell you that your v3 is messed up and you need to contact motorola like they did with me.
I am still unable to connect to AIM and recently the medianet homepage has become useless because I am unable to click on any links. So now I use yahoo mobile to get around. This was not a problem when I first got the internet to work. When I deal with customer service they continue to tell me it's the razr and to contact motorola. Oh yeah... if you contact motorola they'll tell you to contact Cingular. Good Luck, I hope this could be of some help to you!
I just bought a Motorola v3 Magenta Razr phone that is unlocked. I am able to use it with my Cingular sim card but I can't get on the web browser or aim because it is still the Tmobile Tzones browser. How can I switch it to the Cingular MediaNet?
