Time to take the hard line with it's maker and seller. If they won't support or fix this new product then you can return for full refund as it's defective on arrival.

I am experiencing issues a few issues on my 2016 Samsung Tizen TV (model UN40KU6300).
- Black screen is shown each time the “Apps” icon is selected from SmartHub
- TV is unable to read USB when plugged in.
