Tizen displays external keyboard "/" key as é in browser

Tizen displays external keyboard "/" key" next to shift key as é in browser URL field, but as "/" in Google Search field.
"/" on Numeric Pad displays OK in both fields.
Is this a Tizen bug?
The keyboard is a Logitech mk320 combo wireless keyboard and mouse.
The TV is a Samsung UN32J5500AF.
The keyboard displays both "/" keys properly on a desktop computer running Windows.
If this is a Tizen bug, how do I update my version of Tizen on the TV?

Always call in those bugs.

Get Samsung to check the version, supply how to update and if that doesn't clear it up, consider returning it until they fix it. No reason to keep defective products today.
