Tiny Medibook 3000+

Has anybody had any experience with the above notebook? Some of you may already know about the lack of after sales service that Tiny (Time)offers. Specifically, does anyone know how to change what programs are executed by the use of the machines hotkeys (reserved for internet and mail)?

Tiny computers has a long and sordid support history. You should research them on epinions.com

Ouch. Sordid is about as bad as it gets and don't use that word separately on a google search or you may pull up stuff you may not want to view in a public area !
