Tin foil hat territory

by Bill Osler / November 21, 2006 6:23 AM PST

I stumbled across a web site about psionics. It includes links to information about a military program for 'remote viewing' using psychic abilities.

I'm still not sure whether the site is a spoof or whether the authors actually believe what they're writing. Weird.

The Miracle 6 and Cybershaman are causal manifestation interfaces based on focused intent and Universal Law. At the core they are driven by the combined principles of Non Linear Resonance, Quantum Computing, and Sacred Geometry, coupled with Focused intent.. Reality as we perceive it, is the manifestation of Coherence out of Chaos. What we think can, and often does become reality. Even our wildest fantasies are taking place "somewhere".

It's either the product of an extremely brilliant mind or absolute gibberish.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
