Timezone problem (readjusting itself)

Hi!

Having problems with the timezone readjusting itself to one that I don?t want.

I shift from "..., Prag" to "..., Stockholm" but it shifts back by itself. The time is the same in the two regions (GMT +1), but the handling of summer time is probably different.

This messes up my outlook calendar (the most important impact), and I can't trust it from april on ...

I have tried disconnecting the auto-update function. No effect. After some 30 seconds, it's back to "..., Prag", and all outlook scheduling is moved 1 hour back from april on.

I'm running Vista Business, Service pack 2, 32bit. I'm running it in PARALELS 5.0.9310, on a MacBook, 10.5.8.

I've checked the time zone on the mac, and also prevented that clock from auto update. It still happens.

Any ideas???
