I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out or give some suggestions on what may work.
I've been working with a course that has a different lesson each day for a year. During the day, the lesson topic is to be reviewed at specific intervals. The intervals vary from lesson to lesson and on average the interval is hourly. One of the most challenging aspects has been to complete the review times as required.
I've been considering developing an online service that would email the daily lesson to subscribers using an Autoresponder program to subscribers. I had thought that I may be able to send the reminders this way as well but I haven't been able to find a responder program that would support the sending frequency of the reminders. The ones I've reviewed have a frequency of 1 day time periods. In addition, the number of emails sent to subscribers may become annoying. I don't want to discourage/frustate participants.
Is there a way to send the daily lesson using an Autoresponder program but have the reminders programmed within the lesson email to give an audio alarm/pop up to the user at the appropriate times for the related review?
I'd really appreciate any and all suggestions or direction that could be provided.
