Time Machine & Yosemite

Don't know about anyone else, but on my MacBook Pro (Late 2011), time machine has come to a screeching halt after I updated to Yosemite (OS X 10.10). It took 3 hours to back up 7GB of 72GB, so I stopped it. Anyone else have this problem?
