Patrick,

What do you mean by your Windows XP closes? Does your operating system (OS) stop running or does your pc shut down?

When I'm on the internet for one hour and try to go to any other page or web site I get "page can not be displayed" and I have to reboot my computer.

Patrick,

It sounds like your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is timing you out. Some ISP (especially the cheaper ones) disconnect you after a certain amount of time, or after a period of inactivity. You might want to contact your ISP. You shouldn't have to reboot just reconnect to the internet.
