Hello --

I'm wondering if Thunderbird is still the email software of choice for Firefox -- reliable? Likes and dislikes? I use W98se, pretty vanilla - would it be a good fit as replacement for Netscape 7?

Yes. I've used it for about two years now, and am very happy with it.

Best wishes....

I've used Thunderbird for about a year now. It continually gets better. I use it as my default email client whether I'm using Firefox or Internet Exporer.

Thanks Everyone but I think I'm going to have put this off until I get a new machine with a lot more drive space (I have a 7yearold laptop) - I was told that Thunderbird is not web-based and I can't afford the drive space.

Thanks again ---

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
