Something fishy there.

Hmmm looking from the admin panel, nothing in the thread...

is out of the ordinary. The discussion is not locked and nothing is deleted. Still investigating.

Looks like the thread was OK until certain point, then started to 404?

- Collapse -
I know, it didn't fit the pattern

A bad 404 page. Not locked as expected. Had been a long good thread. It's been that way about 3 days I think. So, alerted.

Thanks for that info James..

we are looking into it right now and trying to figure out what's wrong with it.

Do you remember if the question had been resolved and a "Best answer" was appended to a specific post?

Yay! Our engineer figured it out...

as to what was causing the problem. I'd explain it, but I save you from the boredom Grin

Unfortunately because it's Friday we cannot deploy the fix for this until next Tuesday. (Just so you know site fixes/deployments are not allowed on Fridays and weekends and holidays.)

So sometime on Tuesday next week this thread should magically start working again.

Sorry guys for the inconvenience especially to the OPs. And thank you all for reporting the problem!

Have a great weekend!

I couldn't remember if it had been solved or not.

Tuesday you say?

Why this pops up in my head?

(NT) Hopefully it will go out today.

An odd thing happened about 15 minutes ago

I opened RealTime and it had 100 posts lined up on it. I was like "Wow, that's great, no more Deals shoving things out of the RealTime". Now, it's back to the normal shorter list. Oh well.

It just did it again.

We just deployed this change today to show by default...

100 posts. So this is intentional.

It was probably going back and fourth from 100 to 10 and back because of the page being cached. It should be 100 by default now going forward. Happy

All fine here Lee.

And much better.

(NT) Thanks Dafydd! The more the merrier :-)

Well unfortunately Bob, we didn't make the date :(

There was some code refactoring that needed to be done before the fix could be deployed so that delayed it. Also because of the holidays, a lot of deployments are being done now, but not all at once.

We are in line so maybe tomorrow hopefully.

Sorry about that.

Is it related to the other bug?

where if someone puts "True" or "False" in the subject line it gets converted to a 1 or 2 as the subject line?

- Collapse -
Nope, it's related to the best answer when selected...

by OP and has a lot of replies to the best answer.
