Thomson TVs?

Do Thomson TVs exist in the USA? I have been searching around a little and cannot find any retailers on the web. I might have done a bad research however.

RCA and Phillips I believe are the brand names in the U.S.

Thompson Electronics makes RCA and GE TVs

Magnavox, Sylvania and Phillips are the same company.

GE and RCA have the worst repair history according to Consumer Reports. I would assume Thompson would be too.

'Cause back in Europe it's a very good TV. Among the best rated as far as I know. My former neighbour has had Thomson all the time and they have all been excellent sets!
It may be, however, that Thomson have been tryiing to get into the American market and bought some less reliable companies in terms of quality of their products.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
