Having successfully found the admin password and got into the web and phone interfaces of my Thomson TB-30 voip phone, and updated all the firmware to the latest manufacturer releases, I started to configure it.
I don't know what I have done but although the web interface works fine, the buttons on the actual phone are now totally dead, none do anything! Anyone have any idea on what I may have done and how to resolve it? I have done factory reset to no avail! Just to reiterate, the phone isn't bricked, the web interface works fine, but none of the actual keys on the phone do anything at all when pressed, soft keys, number keys, menu/cancel keys - all dead.
