This question is a bit out of the ordinary, so I am curious why you are asking if links are set to "do follow" or "do not follow"?

Hello mahmud,

It's good to have this question for discussion. Let me tell you, if you are talking about CNET, then you want get dofollow but instead you get a nofollow link. But you should be valid in providing the link. Say for example as your concern is more about getting dofollow from this site, but nofollow do have importance in the Google's eye.
