So why did they not explode already if the mixture could do so? I have to wonder what the condoms were made of that were not deteriorated by the gasoline...solid glass? Some drain cleaners contain a mix of a caustic (KOH or NAOH) and flecks of aluminum which, when dampened with water will produce strong reaction releasing lots of heat. This heat helps with removing globs of grease which solidfy at low temperatures. I'm not sure if this heat is enough to cause combusion. Still, the package she sent was potentially dangerous but I cannot see what's to explode. She could have lined the condems with caustic dust and passed them out to potential "Johns" but that puts the girls in danger too.
