I have really given up. Following your last response, which I could only access by clicking on the email link advising I had a response, I tried to respond with Chrome. I could log in but the reply would not work. I switched to Opera, but now couldn't even log in.
I only have limited knowledge of a Hosts file but do not use one, and I did have ad blocking enabled on Chrome. I disabled it but nothing changed.
I suggest you give this issue up as a lost cause.
