Tom's did a comparison of motherboards and found the results came within 1 to 2 percent difference changing motherboards. As such they no longer do such testing.

Since there's usually no to little performance difference you pick by your criteria.

thanks i guess ill go with the cheaper one. im planning on getting a gtx 960 or 970. would a 750w be to large of a PSU?

If you found that rare quad +12V rail model it might be too small. I know it's asking a lot to share exact models of PSUs. A single rail PSU in a med to full size case would be fine.
