My Thinkpad X200s runs Vista and will not wake up from sleepmode without restarting the computer. Does anyone have an idea on how to solve the problem?

1. Unplug all USB things and try again.
2. The owner had managed to corrupt the OS so we had to use the restore feature.
3. The laptop had failed and nothing would wake it. They thought it was in sleep mode but it was just dead.
