Donald Trump calls Obama the 'founder of Isis'

Donald Trump escalated his rhetoric against Barack Obama on Wednesday, dubbing the US president as the “founder of Isis”.

“He is the founder of Isis. He founded Isis. And, I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hillary Clinton.”

In addition to insinuating that Obama, a Christian, is secretly a Muslim, Trump has also falsely stated the president was born in Kenya when he was, in fact, born in Hawaii.

Obama?.... "founded ISIS"?

I wonder which "definition" of "founded" he is using/claiming.

has made a number of statements that Trump is the best recruiting tool for ISIS because they are using videos of him........however, the fact is........her HUSBAND is the only one that's been used in an ISIS recruiting video.

As many are actually saying about her now "She lies about lying" now. I would prefer to have someone who points the finger of blame at the correct person(s) than have someone like her who doesn't know when to quit lying even when she doesn't have to lie. She's even lied about how she didn't want to defend that child rapist but the tape recording proved she found it something to brag about that she not only got him off with a few months jail time but trashed the 12 yr old girl in order to do it (yet claims she is the 'protector of women and children' and has said that 'when a women says she's been raped she should be believed' yet trashed all those women who came forward about her own husband).

Trump is crude and rude and I have absolutely no problem with it because what he says is at least based on fact (embellished, granted, but still factual) and he doesn't get the number of Pinnoccios that hilLIARy gets on a regular basis because she just makes crap up that has NO factual basis. He wants to help....she wants to win at all cost and she's never cared who she had to stomp on to get there.

Let's go down the list
by TONI H / August 12, 2016 7:36 AM PDT

"Donald Trump repeatedly defended his claim that the Mexican government is sending criminals and rapists to the United States. But a range of studies shows there is no evidence immigrants commit more crimes than native-born Americans. Moreover, the vast majority of unauthorized immigrants in prison do not belong in the category that fit Trump’s description: aggravated felons, whose crimes include murder, drug trafficking or illegal trafficking of firearms."

WPost calls them 'immigrants'....they are ILLEGAL immigrants and have broken FEDERAL laws by coming here ILLEGALLY right off the bat. Trump has never compared them to 'native born Americans' so that's not even part of the debate. Trump says 'the Mexican Government is sending CRIMINALS and rapists to the USA'.....how do you figure or even the WP for that matter that murder, drug trafficking or illegal trafficking of firearms are NOT criminals? What about the gang members and those already convicted of various other crimes (many of which ARE felonious). Show me where Trump's description is 'aggravated felonies'.....I don't hear that is his statements or even read that as a quote anywhere.

"Fox News host Megyn Kelly asked Donald Trump a pointed question about his verbal treatment of women. On the Sunday shows, Trump refused to apologize — and further asserted that Kelly lists things he did not say. But there is ample evidence for each of the slurs against women uttered or tweeted by Trump. He had a small point that he attacks once he is provoked, but there is little doubt that the over-the-top language cited by Kelly was correct."

He did apologize to Kelly during his interview with her at Trump Tower a few months back. Have any of his attackers ever apologized to HIM for things they've accused him of (such as the recent story going around that he raped a 13 year old girl)? BTW, he should NEVER have to apologize for calling Rosie O'Donnell any of the things he's called her.

"Trump, one of the most high-profile “birthers” during the 2012 presidential campaign, resurfaced this zombie claim that President Obama spent $4 million in legal fees to conceal records that would indicate his true citizenship. There is no proof that Obama spent $4 million in legal fees (personally or through his campaign) to keep his school application or passport application records away from the public. Federal campaign finance records show from 2008 through 2012, the Obama for America campaign paid more than $4 million in legal services to Perkins Coie, the law firm that defended the campaign in some of the eligibility lawsuits. But campaigns have in-house and outside counsel to vet a wide range of issues, not just those related to lawsuits."

In my opinion, at least a PART of that money WAS spent to conceal BO's school and college records. As far as I know, he's the ONLY presidential candidate that has been able to 'hide' those records, even while his own book states that he spent the last two years so high he didn't remember them so how DID he get into those prestigious colleges with a record like that?

"Trump’s made a ridiculous leap in logic to come up with his claim that the “real” unemployment rate was 42 percent — at a time when the official rate was 5.3 percent. He took an estimate for the number of people not working — 93 million — and assumed they were all unemployed. But the vast majority of those people do not want to work. Most are retired or simply not interested in working, such as stay-at-home parents. Even a President Trump would be unable to make much of a dent in this supposed 42-percent unemployment rate, given that most of the Americans he is counting as “unemployed” are not in the labor force by choice."

By 'choice', millions are on the government dole and even YOU have to admit that although the 42% number is an 'embellishment', the 'official' rate is ridiculously low because you only have to look at the percentages of blacks and Latinos that are double or higher what the national average is for whites. THAT'S the BO legacy.

"Trump pitched his tax plan as being tough on the wealthy, saying “it’s going to cost me a fortune.” Trump has not released his tax forms — though he claims he made $604 million in 2014. In going through the details of his plan, it appears clear that it would significantly reduce his taxes — and the taxes of his heirs. This was later confirmed by an analysis by the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center."

If you look at other nonpartisan groups that have looked at BOTH his and hilLIARy's plans, Trump's is the more honest and factual and will help the economy. When she releases all of her Wall Street speech transcripts and then explains how she left the WH dead broke and unable to make her payments on her HOUSES (plural) and became so rich so quickly and produces her 33K emails that are being leaked slowly about the connection between her SoS position and her foundation donations, let me argue about his taxes (that aren't a requirement for the presidency in the first place).

"Like a broken record, businessman Donald J. Trump keeps repeating a statistic with little basis in fact — that the Obama administration wants to accept 200,000 refugees from Syria. It appears to be based on a misunderstanding — the Obama administration says it planned to admit 185,000 refugees over two years from all countries. For Syria, Obama has only directed the United States to accept at least 10,000 Syrian refugees in the next year. Ironically, that’s a number that Trump indicated was fine."

Considering that the refugees have relocated to many countries, there IS reason to suspect that the 185K number WILL be Syrian refugees that the USA will 'for humanitarian' reasons take them from countries that cannot afford to keep them there (like Jordan). 10K DIRECTLY from Syria....the rest will be coming INDIRECTLY but still Syrian.

"Trump brags that he had the vision and foresight to oppose the Iraq War ahead of the invasion in 2003. He says his opposition was so vocal, and his reach so great, that the White House approached him and asked him to tone it down. There is scant media coverage of his supposed opposition ahead of the Iraq War. (We later compiled a complete timeline of Trump’s comments in 2002 and 2003 about the Iraq invasion, which showed he was not vocal about his opposition prior to the invasion, and they didn’t make headlines.) Trump ignored our request for the names of White House officials he supposedly met with, so we checked with former senior White House officials. None of the dozen people we contacted directly or through former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer could recall a meeting with Trump, concerns about his opposition, or even Trump’s views being on their radar prior to 2004."

I have listened to every speech he's made (except for a few that weren't television in whole from some of his rallies) and although I've heard him say numerous times that he opposed the Iraq war, I've never heard him say the rest of what the WP states. Show me a link to their source or it goes into the trash barrel with four Pinnoccios of my own to them as a fabricated bit of 'news'.

I'll do more of the list in a bit...it appears that posts are limited in the number of characters now and I can't finish.

Surprisingly out of my entire post, you focused on ONE incident that I debunked for you, and you have NO comments about any of the rest that I was able to destroy. IF this is going to be your response, I'm not going to bother with the rest of the list until we can actually discuss the ones I've already posted about and why the WP got it wrong or at the very least distorted it in order to give his statements four Pinnocchios.

As for 'any' apology is better than none, I was actually referring to the slanderous names and attacks that hilLIARy threw at the various women that brought charges against her own husband and that she has NEVER apologized for because that would be an admission on her part that she was wrong about them all along and continues to be. It took Trump a couple of months to talk with Kelly.....those women that hilLIARy attacked publicly have been waiting for DECADES. Don't hold your breath, JP....it'll never happen.

YOUR words

Any apology is better than none at all.....It was good enough for Kelly evidently because they called a 'truce'.

"any apology" was good enough for Kelly...

Perhaps I'm taking YOU to 'seriously"...Perhaps I should take everything YOU say with a grain of salt/pound of salt.

Grain of salt. "(With) a grain of salt," (or "a pinch of salt") is an idiom of the English language, which means to view something with skepticism, or to not take it literally.

and I stated that NO apology, even ANY type, would EVER be coming from hilLIARy for HER slanderous remarks to the women her husband abused. Spin it any way you want, but those ARE the facts. And still no comment about ANY of the other 'pinnoccios' the WP link you provided that I have shown to be bull. Should I stop taking YOU seriously when you post crap that proves to be untrue or fabricated or upgraded by the liberal media in order to qualify for 'four pinnoccios' when you can't debate it any longer with REAL facts and information?

[sarcasm]TheRUMP has always been respectful of women[/sarcasm]

That's the way TheRUMP refers to them

During his marriage to Ivana, Trump had an affair with Marla Maples, who he married in 1993, after Maples gave birth to their daughter Tiffany, who is now 22 and works as a Vice President at her father's real estate company. Marla and Donald separated in 1997 and legally divorced in 1999.

you're against the woman of a man that had an affair....because she hasn't apologized to the women her husband had an affair with.

Shouldn't her husband be the one apologizing to HER?

Most people shouldn't be apologizing for the actions of others...UNLESS they can control their actions.

You're advocating/not condemning a man that had an affair.

HATE blinds people/defies logic?

Is that the answer I will come to when I 'figure you out"?

OR you believe the incredible spin you just put on Trump and hilLIARy's lives.

Trump had an affair.....and you state "You know, it really doesn’t matter what the media write as long as you’ve got a young, and beautiful, piece of ***.”..he's got YOUR vote?" YOU have as much respect for women and how you refer to them as you claim Trump to have, only HE'S never referred to them as a piece of ***, JP. YOU are far more disgusting and it actually puts you into the hilLIARy camp because SHE referred to the MANY women who charged her husband with infidelity/adultery AND rape, and hilLIARy called them all publicly every name under the sun and proclaims NOW that 'every woman who makes a claim of assault and rape should be believed'. That isn't how she felt when it was happening to her own household with a true womanizer in her bed. THAT's what hilLIARy needs to and never has apologized for. She publicly trashed at least four women........Trump had an affair and married the one he had the affair with. BC "just" screwed a bunch of them, lied about it to Congress, got impeached over it, AND lost his law license.

Yep, Trump is the bad guy........keep believing it .... but keep in mind that your description of women in your post just outed your opinion of them and it is not only indefensible but totally explains your rude and obnoxious behavior here in SE over the years.

Are you sure?

yeah...you're right, it wasn't Donald Trump...it was ONE of his evil twin brothers

Trump: “You know it doesn’t really matter what [the media] write as long as you’ve got a young, beautiful piece of ***”

Never short of vanity, Trump has often spoken of his own supposed beauty. And he considers the attention he might get from attractive women to be protection from negative publicity. “You know it doesn’t really matter what (the media) write as long as you’ve got a young, beautiful piece of ***,” he told Esquire in 1991.

In comparison, EVERY time hilLIARy opens her mouth, she's lying, JP. She even lies about her lies, and NOBODY has to 'figure it out' since her record for over 40 years is out there for the world to see and know about IF the liberal media would stop covering for her.

It doesn't matter, JP....the liberal media will ALWAYS take one or two words and spin it out of control just so it will take up days of 'discussion' and take the heat off THEIR candidate, the corrupt and lying hilLIARy. It's obvious to the entire world, including world leaders who have been watching this carefully. They believed the media swung the election for BO twice and believe they will again sway it for hilLIARy so they can carry on business as usual....or at least some of them are hoping for that outcome. Others, not so much, because even if they THINK Trump is a 'clown', they would rather deal with that than her because she is BO's clone and they've turned into very dangerous countries because of THEM and they are pretty much done with them. Why do you think Assange hates her so much that he's willing to do anything he can to be rid of her and anything that even resembles her and her policies?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
