Question

There is something wrong with my devices' internet

Ok so basically all of my devices (a levono thinkpad laptop, a pretty old HTC mobile phone and a samsung mobile phone) all seem to be connected to Wi-Fi and all can connect and access the internet however none of the apps (beside youtube) connect to the internet. The apps all say the device isn't connected. All the other devices that are connected to the Wi-Fi work fine and I have checked for viruses and threats as well as restarted both the Wi-Fi and the devices but to no avail. Any ideas on what to do?

Clarification Request
There are dozens of causes.

I hesitate to start given only "it doesn't work except YouTube." That doesn't tell much except we know if an antivirus suite expires then you get odd partial network functions. Frankly I've railed against such shenanigans by AV companies since I haven't encountered one that pops up and says "Your Network Access is Limited to protect you."

I've seen this limitation on Norton and McAfee and there may be other AV suites.

Re: devices

What I read is: All of your devices (you name 3) can't connect to WiFi and all other devices work fine.
What's the difference between your devices and the other devices apart from having another owner?

Also, what youtube app are you running on the Lenovo?

Re: devices

For youtube on the levono i am simply using google chrome which is also working fine. There is no difference between the other devices except they are different models of the phone or laptop. They are all either samsung, levono or android. Hope that helps.

Re: devices

If all other devices with the same OS work fine, yours should work fine also after your reset them to factory settings. Usually, it's too much work to find that one app or setting or whatever causes it.
