There are some

governors who are speaking out about the $900B stimulus being completely wasted on garbage that wasn't needed and that if BO really wanted to do constructive work on the infrastructure, he could have easily taken that whole amount, put thousands to work immediately for long term and spent the money where it was most needed......

Rebuilding the electric grid across the entire east by putting electric lines underground........that's what would have modernized the entire system, eliminated all the overhead wires and transformers that cause so many fires during storms, and most of the people without power for long periods of time twice in one year wouldn't have lost power at all, and the money would have been put to great use instead of wasted.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
