Theme in XP

by phantazy / March 18, 2005 3:33 PM PST

Not that it matters, but I have lost the ability to change from 'windows classic' to 'windows XP' theme. I could repair this from another xp installation if I knew where the files that change the theme exist. Anyone know this??

Right Click my computer, go to properties, select the advanced tab, go to performance settings, select custom, make sure the last option is checked.

Now close all that.
Right click my desktop, click properties, select appearance, go to the drop down menus labled windows and buttons, select Windows XP style.

That should do the trick. If your themes really are broken ask agian.
