This is another scam ecommerce site to be avoided. They make you call to confirm your order, only to upsell you with accessories. I was aware of some of the tactics from other sites, so I asked if the camera I wanted was us made and was it in stock. the answer was yes to both. I thought I was doing good as they reluctantly said they took my order. A week later, it still has not shipped, customer service says it is out of stock. I call back sales and they say it is in stock. They are doing a stall hoping I cancel. They will propably win, since they will stall my order until I give up.

I'd suggest to scrutinize your credit card statement!

Check all over their website and they never tell you where they are located.
You do not know who you are dealing with or where they are.

It is possible that they are collecting credit card numbers for sale overseas.

You need to contact your credit card company and ask them to cancel your card and issue you a new card and number.

Always always always research a site before ordering from them, especially with cameras. If the price is too good to be true then it probably is a scam.

cameraprofessionals=HUGE SCAM!!!!!

I found a camera (Panasonic AG-HVX200) for way less than other stores. I called to find out about it and a salesman called kushcoban would hang up the phone every time I asked him for the camera (did it 3 times) On my fever to take advantage on the sale price I ordered online anyway. I got an e-mail to confirm the order by calling the same number and guess who picked up? The same idiot!..to tell me that the price did not included the lens for the camera, that the full price was twice as much. I canceled the order and research the web for reviews on the store. After reading many reviews I was horrified to find out what risk I had just put myself thru. At the end I decided to cancel my card get a new one. I don't know how this fraudulente company can operate at the open. Someone has to stop them!

I am a little surprised to see the negative experience here. I recently ordered a digital camera from thecameraprofessionals. The price is the lowest I could find on the internet. I called them to confirm the order following the instructions in the email they sent me after I placed the order on their website. They were ok with me even I didn't buy additional warrant and batteries they offered. Four days later, the camera arrived home. If you are not sure about my experience, check out at http://www.shopcartusa.com/TheCameraPros/Details/

too true

The same thing happened to me. I charged a video camera and later canceled my order because they said it was out of stock. It's been a little over a month and now they have charged thousands of dollars on my credit card. Anyone out there reading, avoid this company! And if you have already purchased something from them, get a new credit card immediately!

The ratings on their site are fake too. Try leaving a review at Ratings Planet, it won't let you. http://www.resellerratings.com/store/RatingsPlanet
They also have a trusted store banner from Comparedealz.com. Go there and you get a password request. Another fake! I've seen dozens of complaints like this. How can they still be in business?

AVOID THIS COMPANY OR RISK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!

I returned the camera they sent me, which wasn't even in Nikon packaging and they began using my credit card. My credit card company canceled the card and blocked the charges. I was lucky.

THIS IS A CRIMINAL OPERATION AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I would guess that the one person with a good experience is one of their employees making a false posting.
