Theater Production

I'm looking for quality production equipment to make dvds for school plays and other functions that would happen in the auditorium such as concerts for our musical programs and awards ceremonies. The lighting situations in most high school auditoriums are not good for most video cameras to produce quality dvds so I need a camcorder that would produce high quality dvds without good lighting. Having to edit the videos is out of the question so there are no worries there. Price is also not a problem. The camcorder also needs to be fairly easy to figure out considering a teacher or high school student will likely be using it after a small amount of training. If there isnt a camcorder that meets these requirements just let me know.
I also need good sound for these programs. What would be the option that would give me the best sound quality? I also need to know about mic placement in relation to the stage and the camera. Price is also not a problem here, but I would be willing to sacrifice nearly insignificant amounts of quality for a better price. The sound system needs to be easy to figure out as well for the same reasons.
Any other help that you can give me about my situation would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to create the most high quality dvds I am capable of producing with equipment that is on the market without rearranging the whole auditorium. Any tips on tripods and other necessary equipment would also be appreciated. I would also like to make sure that the camcorders and sound systems listed are durable and up-to-date. The most recent post I found for a situation close to this one was 2008 and I'm assuming that something more advanced has come out since then.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
