Hello every body, I have some questions this time regarding the videos on youtube, is there a way to download them?, and what program/s do I need?, and if so, is there any that are free...

Firefox has a plugin but I don't remember what it is. You can probably find it at the Mozilla site.

Visit the site below and following the instructions will allow you to download the YouTube videos as .flv files..

Once the files are downloaded to your desktop, you'll need a .flv player.. (Windows Media Player, etc. won't do it.) Here's a link to a free .flv file player:

There are also options to convert the .flv files to .avi or other file types but you should be able to research that at Google.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
